Housed in the former Checker Taxi building, El Che Bar is Chef John Manion’s spirited Argentine-American restaurant, a love letter to his time traveling throughout the country. In a warm and eclectic setting, the restaurant exudes the contemporary rhythm of Buenos Aires through a local lens, evoking inviting vibes with sultry and subtle nods to South American culture. The black marble bar adds elegance to every evening, and the expansive hearth serves up classic wood-fired Al Asador. Locally sourced vegetables, grilled meats, and seafood are cooked on custom-built grills and chapas. The beverage program centers on spirits of the Americas, with a focused cocktail menu and an enticing wine list. Each dessert elicits decadence - with innovative and delightful textures and flavors.
