"El Che Bar is inspired by my time spent eating, drinking and traveling in Argentina. Argentina has the greatest grilling tradition in the world, from the parilladas of the cities to the country asados every weekend.  The smell of lena burning to coals permeates the air with the intoxicating scent of cuts of beef and vegetables cooking over an open fire.  These sensations are not foreign to anyone who has spent time cooking outdoors, be it in backyards or over a campfire.  

El Che Bar is also an expression of cooking in Chicago, in the Midwest, today.  My passion and my interest lie in South America, but my roots, my family and my career are here. "
